Can you make a varisatyr without registering in the server?
YES! It's just not "officially" recognized
Can I register a varisatyr and participate in the server while its lore is different from server lore?
YES! But the server presumes that varisatyrs follow most of the provided lore, though. Art that strays too far away from the lore is also not valid for shells.
Can I design an unofficial varisatyr and then make it official later?
YES! Absolutely!
What does "Member" and "Non-Member" mean?
Member means you own a varisatyr, non-member means you do not yet!
What's the server timezone?
Server time is in US Central (CST)!
Do I have to get shells to make a Varisatyr?
Nope! You can make a varisatyr and participate straight away with your free tickets you get from joining, if you want! Whatever makes you happiest!
Are "fan Varisatyr" desgins allowed?
Yep! As long as its not clearly ripping off someone else's design (ex. if someone copied someone else's fan Tubbo design, who looks similar to Varisatyrs already).
If it's by a small artist, like a friend, please make sure you have permission though.
Will Varisatyrs ever be "pay to use"?
NO. All features of Varisatyrs will ALWAYS be attainable without ever having to put a penny towards anything!
Can I do commissions for shells/can I draw art as payment for someone
Yes! A good place to do this is the #buy-trade-and-sell channel!
Be careful to make sure you won't be scammed though.
The mods haven't responded to my register yet!
This is totally normal. It can sometimes take a few hours to a few days for mods to respond to register requests! Be patient. However if it gets to be in the 4-7 day range of not being responded to, I would remind the mods.
Can I submit my ref sheet signup for shells?
Yep! Just put it in #varisatyr-art!
What do I do if a mod doesn't respond to my explore?
Let them know! Just ping them in questions or in general! It happens from time to time.
Why can't I change my nickname?
Nicknames, sadly, cannot be changed by you yourself... This is to help mods sync you up with your server profile better!
How do I change my nickname?
You can only add something onto your username in brackets. If you want to change your nickname, ask in the #general-questions-and-suggestions channel, and a mod will change your nickname for you.
Can I have a satyr canonically dead, without wiping the ticket?
Yes and no.
Be aware that in the canon of the server, the satyr is still alive, and dead satyrs will not be counted for shells because they are not canon.
However, there's nothing stopping you in having your Varisatyr as dead in your own personal story!
What happens if I change my username?
You should notify the mods, otherwise, they might get confused. Luckily, you can confirm who you are because of your user number that's DMed to you when you joined!
What happens if I leave the server?
All your stuff will be saved! But, your Varisatyr (if you have one) will have a title saying "the owner is not in the server"
